At Sage Infusion, we offer personalized specialty infusion care with a focus on clinical excellence, convenience, compassion and patient comfort. All infusions/injections performed at our facility are provided solely for patients with chronic, complex auto-immune conditions, such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s, rheumatoid arthritis, MS and many others. At Sage Infusion, we are staffed with certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with infusion experience at all times, ensuring infusion care is the number one priority. Sage offers early morning, evening and weekend appointments to accommodate your schedule. As an independent infusion center, we have gone above and beyond the CDC COVID-19 guidelines to provide a safe, comfortable environment for patients to receive/continue their prescribed treatments in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, we are able to stagger patient appointments to minimize any patient overlap, use our semi-private treatment rooms, sanitize thoroughly between patients, and our staff is gloved, gowned and masked for everyone’s protection.
